Salesman / saleswoman

We are looking for a salesman / saleswoman for IT solutions (SmartFP)

Do you want to sell a solution that has real benefits for your customers? Join us as a reseller of SmartFP – a proprietary software platform used by dozens of organizations today in both SaaS and on-premise models. You’ll be working with a combination of assigned leads and custom acquisition, so it’s neither passive waiting for inquiries nor pure cold sales. We’re looking for someone who can open new opportunities, build customer relationships and follow through on deals. Starting immediately.

1. WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Work with a combination of assigned leads and actual acquisition – from first contact to closing the deal.
  • Communicate with representatives of medium and large companies from the B2B sector across the Czech Republic.
  • Develop relationships with existing customers and look for opportunities for further cooperation.
  • Actively seek out new business opportunities.
  • Conduct business meetings, present our solutions, prepare offers and negotiate commercial terms
  • Keeping the business process moving – planning next steps, arranging meetings, following up and getting things done to sign a contract or order.
  • Coordinate internal collaboration and know when to engage presales, bid, contract or other colleagues.
  • Collect feedback from the market and continuously navigate our portfolio and new products.

2. WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • The desire to communicate with people.
  • The ability to tighten things up.
  • Good organization of work and ability to keep a system in the shop.
  • Experience in managing a business case from first contact to close.
  • Ability to take responsibility for the outcome and keep the business moving.
  • Positive attitude towards IT solutions

3. IT WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE IF YOU HAVE

  • Experience with RFPs or tenders.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Good English for communication by phone and email.
