Our KeyBox is a universal lockable box designed not only for storing keys, but also for safe keeping of documents or any other items. The boxes are designed to provide a high level of security and organization, helping to minimize the risk of unauthorized access and loss. Keyboxes are always custom made to meet the specific needs of the client, which includes choosing the number and size of each box. This allows for optimum use of space and adaptation to the different types of items to be stored.

A SmartFP module is supplied with the KeyBox to remotely manage access to individual mailboxes in the keybox. This module allows access management and control via several authentication methods, including codes, RFID readers and QR codes. Users can use these methods to easily and securely access specific mailboxes, ensuring high flexibility and security.

Administrators can manage access rights through a central system, determining who has access to which mailboxes and within what time frame. The system also offers the ability to track access history, providing a complete overview of who accessed each mailbox and when. If necessary, individual mailboxes can be locked or unlocked remotely instantly, which is useful in emergency situations or when changing access permissions.

This KeyBox and its remote access module are designed to provide maximum security and control, whether it’s protecting keys, sensitive documents or other valuables. The system allows for easy access management and customization to the specific needs of the organization, increasing the overall security and efficiency of stored item management.
