We taught SmartFP the OCR function
Do you have a stack of invoices that need to be transferred to the system and yesterday was too late? The invoice module has a solution for you. It can now read the information from the scanned invoice and add it to the system automatically, using several options: QR code, OCR or ISDOC files. If you receive invoices electronically, SmartFP can pull the invoice directly from the email and file it in the system, including automatically filling in all fields and inserting the invoice itself as an attachment.
Reports with a graphical overview? Of course
We know how challenging it is to monitor the activities of the entire sales team and check whether individual salespeople are achieving the desired results. Now you can view this data in SmartFP with just a few clicks. Trader activity is shown in a clear graphical form. For each day, an icon shows whether or not he has met his set limit. At the same time, it is possible to clearly see the development of trading projects and what statuses they are in. The details of the activities performed are displayed just below the graphical overview. This is all part of the new CRM.
