The SmartFP logbook is an electronic tool used to systematically record all routes and journeys made by company vehicles.

After each journey, the driver uses a simple interface to record the necessary data such as date, time, start and destination address, purpose of the journey and other relevant information. SmartFP automatically stores this data in a database where it is structured. In addition to storing the data itself, the system also automatically calculates the distance travelled, journey time and other relevant parameters that are included in the journey record.

Because all recorded data is securely stored in a database, relevant people such as managers or accountants can easily access this information. They can view it at any time, edit it or generate reports that are necessary for tax or audit purposes.

This digital solution makes it much easier for drivers to record journeys accurately and simplifies the management and control of journeys for company supervisors. The electronic logbook in SmartFP thus not only minimises the possibility of errors in recording, but also increases the efficiency of fleet management and facilitates compliance with legislative requirements.
