User interface

Access interface

Login to the SmartFP system with a name and password or SSO. The entire platform is responsive and allows for use on mobile phones and tablets and also has an iOS and Android app.

SSO login

SSO (Single Sign-On) is an authentication method that allows users to access multiple applications or services with a single login. If the SmartFP platform supports SSO login via Microsoft and Google, it will make it easier for users to access and manage their accounts.

Website

The dashboard is part of every SmartFP instance. Customers can create any reports or quick actions on it.

It is designed to give you quick and easy access to important data, statistics, alerts and other resources relevant to the needs of a particular user.

It usually includes various widgets or modules that display information such as current projects, tasks, performance metrics, calendar events or reports.

The dashboard aims to simplify information management and make it easier to track progress and priorities, allowing you to better focus on important tasks.

Permissions

User rights

Setting user rights is a key aspect of configuring the SmartFP platform to ensure secure and efficient access to system functions and data. Each module offers different rights settings that can be tailored to your organization’s requirements.

Administrative law

A user with administrator rights can create and manage accounts in the system and assign rights to individual users.

Other users

Other users do not have access to the administration, they have different rights per module or within modules, where one module can contain an unlimited number of rights.

Setting and changing the rights of these users is done by the system administrator either for a specific user or for a group of users (effective). The rights can be set in great detail.
