Assistant across the team

We are looking for an assistant who is not afraid of responsibility, knows how to get things done and likes to move things forward.

We are looking for a reliable and independent person to join our team, who will help us with administration, business agenda and organization of daily work. We are not looking for a “secretary”, but a multifunctional personality who likes order, getting things done and knows how to communicate.

  • Document management and organisation
  • Tightening offers, working with business documents
  • Keeping track in our CRM system
  • Supporting other team members in administrative tasks
  • Preparation of documents for meetings, negotiations or presentations
  • Organisation of internal and external meetings
  • Minutes of meetings
  • Coordination of corporate events (team building, client events)
  • Independence and having your own drive
  • Ideally at least some experience in administration, business or projects
  • Organisational and communication skills
  • Handle multiple tasks at once
