On 9 September 2025, we held another in a series of workshops on artificial intelligence at myhive Flexi Offices.
This time we’ve teamed up with Mgr. Veronika Vicari from Donati Legal , which guided participants through the legal aspects of using AI in companies.
The legal part of using AI in companies:
Veronika explained what legal regulations apply to AI – from GDPR, copyright and civil code to the new AI Act, which is gradually coming into force and brings rules for the development and use of AI systems according to their risk. We discussed the specific risks involved in generating documents, images or automating recruitment, as well as the potential legal implications – from fines to reputational damage.

Practical part of AI use in companies:
Tomáš from SmartFP showed how AI can be used safely and effectively in everyday business operations – and what to watch out for in relation to legislation. Demonstrations included:
- generation of contracts and directives using ChatGPT,
- one-click document and contract analysis in SmartFP,
- working with contacts and sensitive information in ChatGPT and Microsoft Office,
- generating images in Recraft.ai,
- generating characters from your own photos and using them in videos in Openart.ai,
- as well as examples from HR and content (text, audio and video).
