Offices Unlimited operates serviced offices and coworking in three locations in Prague. Each centre offers several meeting rooms, for which they sought a simple and intuitive booking system. Offices Unlimeted was convinced by our SmartFP solution and has been using the booking system since last week.
We were able to set up the booking system for the meeting room for the client in 2 days and the following 3 days we were working with the client to fine-tune the texts and images. At the moment any tenant can book any meeting room from the 3 centres in Prague.
Each user can make a new reservation in 3 clicks. In the system, the individual meeting rooms are not only photographed, but also described in detail. In the form of a calendar, each company can clearly display its own bookings. Of course, there is an overview of the total occupancy, so you can clearly see at a glance what is still bookable and what is already full. As well as the booking, the user can cancel the meeting room himself within a certain time at 3 clicks.
