PST CLC is dedicated to customs declarations, warehousing of goods and air, sea and land transportation. They communicate with hundreds of companies every day and need reliable systems to do so. PST CLC wanted a new helpdesk to handle their IT requests better and faster. Our Smart FP solution appealed to them so much that in the second meeting they decided to use Smart Forms also in the core business or HR.
We were able to set up the customs declaration system for the client in three weeks, then we started working on the helpdesk, which we were able to adapt to the client thanks to its flexibility. At the moment the helpdesk is fully operational, the Phone Book module has been added and we are now working on more integration of corporate agendas to help PST CLC.
