Injury Report

An accident report that leaves nothing out

The paper injury log has lines that can fit half a sentence. The module guides you through the entry step by step, ensuring that the date, time, location, description of the incident, and type of injury are all included.

The report is completed by the designated person, the department head, or the employee themselves, depending on their authorization. Select the injured person and the workplace from the records; do not retype the information.

Result for the company: Every injury is fully documented from the start, rather than just a note to be filled in later.

Investigation of the Incident

Witnesses, circumstances, and measures taken at the scene

For the accident, record any witnesses, the circumstances that led to it, and the measures taken at the scene. Attach photos, medical reports, or incident reports.

Each investigation has an assigned person and a status. You can see which incidents have been closed and which are still pending resolution.

Result for the company: You have all the documentation needed for investigations and for the inspectorate readily available whenever anyone needs it.

No one writes anything extra just for the sake of an audit. The record is created simply by using the injury log as usual.

Reports and Deadlines

Accident Report ( No Transcription Required)

If an employee is unable to work for more than 3 calendar days or in the event of death, the employer must prepare an accident report and file it. The module generates the report using the data already in the ledger.

The module keeps track of the deadlines for completing and submitting reports, not a single person relying on their memory. The person responsible for the accident receives a notification.

Benefit for the company: You won’t miss a thing, and during an audit, you’ll be able to prove when and to whom the report was sent.

Fill it in from the book; you just need to add the rest.

Corrective Actions and Reports

To Prevent the Same Injury from Happening Again

For each incident, you can enter a corrective action, including the person responsible, the deadline, and the status. The module will remind you when the deadline is approaching, and you can see what has been completed.

The reports show injuries by workplace, time period, cause, and type of injury. Export to XLSX for management reports or for auditors.

Benefits for the company: You know where and why accidents keep happening, and you have proof that you’ve taken action to address the issue.
