On 9 September 2025, we held another in a series of workshops on artificial intelligence at myhive Flexi Offices.

This time we’ve teamed up with Mgr. Veronika Vicari from Donati Legal , which guided participants through the legal aspects of using AI in companies.

Veronika explained what legal regulations apply to AI – from GDPR, copyright and civil code to the new AI Act, which is gradually coming into force and brings rules for the development and use of AI systems according to their risk. We discussed the specific risks involved in generating documents, images or automating recruitment, as well as the potential legal implications – from fines to reputational damage.

Expert topics will be discussed Attorney-at-law Mgr. Klára Gottwaldová and with us you will be able to experience how easy it is to electronically sign any document in the SmartFP system. Electronic signing of documents in HR is one of the improvements brought by the amendment to the Labour Code.

The eighth edition of Teribear moves Prague returns to Letná. This time it will take place on 12. – 18. 9. 2022.

 

As in previous years, registration and all results are processed on our SmartFP platform.
This is a sporting and charity event where by walking, you help while you run! Nonstop, i.e. at any hour of the day or night, for seven days, everyone has the opportunity to do a good deed, even repeatedly. Just register at www.teribear.cz, get a chip and walk and run around Letná. Every lap completed on the designated circuit will be converted into financial aid for abandoned and disadvantaged children.

 

You can start helping by moving already on 12th September from 5 pm. For every kilometer covered, which is recorded by your chip, the event partners will donate 25 CZK to your chosen child’s story, which you can choose when registering.

 

“I have to admit that every year I am surprised at the relationship people have with the Teribear event. Just 10 minutes after the registration opened, 28 participants signed up, two days later we are already dealing with hundreds. I am humbled by their enthusiasm and dedication. This is exactly the reason why we are also involved in this project: shared enthusiasm for a good cause! ” adds the company director – Ing. Dalibor Němec.
