Veronika Vicari from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.donati-legal.cz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Donati Legal<\/a> <\/strong>, which <strong>guided<\/strong> participants <strong>through the legal aspects of using AI in companies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40)\"><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" style=\"padding-bottom:15px;font-style:normal;font-weight:600\" id=\"the-legal-part-of-using-ai-in-companies\"><strong>The legal part of using AI in companies:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Veronika explained what legal regulations apply to AI &#8211; from GDPR, copyright and civil code to the new <strong>AI Act<\/strong>, which is gradually coming into force and brings rules for the development and use of AI systems according to their risk. Veronika Vicary <\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-custom-sfp-dark-grey-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-f06006ababc97fc582527f647b5177b1\">Associate at Donati Legal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Veronika specialises in commercial and corporate law &#8211; from company formation and setting up relations between shareholders to acquisitions and day-to-day corporate agenda.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40)\"><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" style=\"padding-bottom:15px;font-style:normal;font-weight:600\" id=\"practical-part-of-ai-use-in-companies\"><strong><strong>Practical part of AI use in companies:<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Tom\u00e1\u0161 from SmartFP showed how AI can be used safely and effectively in everyday business operations &#8211; and what to watch out for in relation to legislation.
