The institute was looking for a solution to digitise its accounting and personnel administration in order to connect the staff at each location. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Nearly 400 employees sharing any documents between 11 departments in 3 locations was already completely unsustainable in paper form. For example, the recording and approval of invoices, petty expenses, contract approvals, company car loan requests, attendance and leave requests, travel accounts, etc. were all transferred to electronic form. All the agenda is in one system and SmartFP is also connected to the accounting and HR system Helios. There is no need to do double work in two systems.
