The employee evaluation module is a tool designed to systematically assess employee performance and competencies. It allows managers and team leaders to collect, analyse and monitor feedback on individual and team performance. The module supports various forms of evaluation, such as regular annual or semi-annual reviews, project-specific evaluations or individual target plans. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The module can also include a 360 assessment, which is a comprehensive method that involves collecting feedback from various stakeholders such as supervisors, colleagues, subordinates and sometimes even customers. This type of assessment provides a broad view of an employee’s skills and work style as it incorporates different perspectives. The 360 assessment helps to identify strengths and areas for improvement not only from the perspective of supervisors but also from colleagues and other stakeholders. This can lead to a more accurate and objective assessment that is the basis for individual development, career planning and improved teamwork. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Employee Appraisal module also often includes tools for setting and tracking goals, planning personal development, and managing training and education. It can generate reports and analyses that facilitate strategic HR decision-making.
