The Recruitment module is designed to efficiently manage the recruitment process. It enables the creation and management of job offers, the registration of their publication on various recruitment portals and social networks, as well as the collection and sorting of CVs and job applications. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This module provides tools for pre-filtering candidates based on pre-defined criteria, which facilitates the selection of suitable candidates. The module also allows you to track every step of the recruitment process, from the initial contact with the candidate to the final job offer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, the module supports collaboration between recruitment teams and other members of the organisation by sharing notes, candidate ratings and other relevant information. It also provides analytical tools to track key metrics such as time to hire, cost to hire, or candidate conversion rate. This data helps identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment strategies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is also possible to integrate this module with third-party APIs such as advertising portals, organization websites and others.Overall, the Recruitment module significantly streamlines and automates the entire recruitment process, saving time and resources for the organisation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
