The Trust Box module is designed for secure and anonymous communication between employees and management or the HR department. This module gives employees the ability to report concerns, complaints or ethical issues without fear of retaliation or loss of anonymity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Users can post information about unethical behavior, violations of work practices, bullying, discrimination, or other issues that require management attention to the Trust Box. The module includes optional tools for secure encryption and data protection to ensure that all messages sent are protected from unauthorized access. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This module allows the company management or HR team to monitor and address various workplace issues more effectively, ensuring that employees can voice their concerns without fear of detection. The module provides an interface for categorizing and tracking the status of submitted reports, allowing them to be resolved quickly. In addition, management can use the trust box as a tool to improve company culture, identify systemic issues and implement preventative measures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
