The Contracts module allows you to create, edit, approve and manage various types of contracts, including generating contracts from client-supplied templates. Users can easily edit contract terms and conditions, add relevant attachments and provide approval processes within the organization. The module also supports electronic signing of contracts, which speeds up the contracting process and increases document security and legal binding. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Contract Records module focuses on the centralised storage and tracking of all contract documents. It allows users to clearly register and categorize contracts according to various criteria such as date of conclusion, validity, type of contract or responsible person. The module provides tools for tracking key terms such as renewal deadlines, notice periods or payment terms, minimising the risk of missing important data. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both modules support search and access to contracts from different devices and provide a high level of security and data protection. In addition, they allow integration with other corporate systems, ensuring a seamless flow of information and facilitating the management of the contract portfolio. Together, these features improve the efficiency and transparency of contract management in an organisation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another extension of this module can be AI integration. When AI can be used to deal with different situations and search for necessary information in the contract. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
