Electronic signing<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n

Electronic signing is a key functionality that enables fast and secure signing of documents directly in the digital environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Signing is handled by a third-party integration chosen by the client. Currently we have full integration with eSigno, Sefira or Signi platforms. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Users can sign documents easily and conveniently without the need for a physical signature, speeding up approval processes and improving overall efficiency within the organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SmartFP’s electronic signing functionality includes various levels of security, including the use of digital certificates that verify the identity of the signer and ensure the integrity of the document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Signed documents can be easily managed in SmartFP. This feature is ideal for organisations looking to modernise their processes, minimise paper administration and increase the security and reliability of their documentation processes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
