You\u2019ll enjoy autonomy, work directly with the CEO, and have the opportunity to gradually shape how our sales operations function. WHAT WILL BE YOUR TASK  <\/mark><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Build your own pipeline from scratch\u2014that is, you don&#8217;t wait for leads; you proactively open up new B2B opportunities and decide where to focus your energy. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">When it comes to lead generation, however, you\u2019ll have a colleague on hand who specializes in LinkedIn outreach campaigns, and together you\u2019ll explore new ways to reach customers. Your ideas matter here, and your colleague will make them happen for you. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Manage the entire sales process as if it were your own, from the initial contact through understanding the client&#8217;s true needs all the way to the signing.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Sell as a consultant, not as a salesperson pushing features. Don\u2019t start by talking about what the platform can do; instead, begin by identifying what the client needs to change in their business to grow, and only then create a solution proposal. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Keep track of your own numbers. You work with the pipeline and forecast not because someone wants to see them in a spreadsheet, but because you want to know for yourself where you really stand and what you need to do to meet your goal. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Work alongside the CEO to decide where the sales team will go next. The more results you deliver, the more responsibility and autonomy you\u2019ll receive.
