Document Distribution

Send the documents only to those to whom they pertain

Not everyone in the company needs to see the OHS policy. In SmartFP, you can assign the document to specific individuals or an entire group, and it will appear for everyone in the “For Me” tab.

The benefit for HR: You know who is supposed to receive which document, and no one gets left out.

Comments by unconfirmed users

Anyone who hasn’t signed up yet will receive an automatic reminder.

Confirmation and Record-Keeping

A First Date That Actually Happened

The employee opens the document and must scroll all the way to the end—only then will the “I Acknowledge” button appear. Each acknowledgment is saved along with the date and time.

The benefit for HR: You can see who has been briefed and who hasn’t, and everything is logged.

Connection to Other Modules

A recruitment process integrated into the company’s overall operations

The module doesn’t stand alone. It builds on onboarding, the kiosk, e-learning, and electronic signing, so the orientation process fits seamlessly into existing workflows.

</g></feflood></fecolormatrix></feoffset></fegaussianblur></fecomposite></fecolormatrix></feblend></feblend></filter></defs>

Kiosk for Employees Without a PC

The employee logs in with their card, opens the document, and confirms it directly on the workstation.

</g></g></g></feflood></fecolormatrix></feoffset></fegaussianblur></fecomposite></fecolormatrix></feblend></feblend></filter></feflood></fecolormatrix></feoffset></fegaussianblur></fecomposite></fecolormatrix></feblend></feblend></filter></feflood></fecolormatrix></feoffset></fegaussianblur></fecomposite></fecolormatrix></feblend></feblend></filter></defs>

Onboarding

Documents are automatically assigned to new employees as soon as they start work.

</g></feflood></fecolormatrix></feoffset></fegaussianblur></fecomposite></fecolormatrix></feblend></feblend></filter></defs>

E-learning and tests

Where certification is sufficient, you use orientation; where training and knowledge verification are required, e-learning follows.

</g></feflood></fecolormatrix></feoffset></fegaussianblur></fecomposite></fecolormatrix></feblend></feblend></filter></defs>

Electronic signing

Where a signature is required, the electronic document signing module takes over.
