An accident report that leaves nothing out<\/mark><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The paper injury log has lines that can fit half a sentence. The module guides you through the entry step by step, ensuring that the date, time, location, description of the incident, and type of injury are all included. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The report is completed by the designated person, the department head, or the employee themselves, depending on their authorization. Select the injured person and the workplace from the records; do not retype the information. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Result for the company:<\/strong> Every injury is fully documented from the start, rather than just a note to be filled in later.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Investigation of the Incident<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Witnesses, circumstances, and measures taken at the scene<\/mark><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For the accident, record any witnesses, the circumstances that led to it, and the measures taken at the scene. Attach photos, medical reports, or incident reports. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each investigation has an assigned person and a status. You can see which incidents have been closed and which are still pending resolution. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Result for the company:<\/strong> You have all the documentation needed for investigations and for the inspectorate readily available whenever anyone needs it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Audit trail as a byproduct<\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

No one writes anything extra just for the sake of an audit. The record is created simply by using the injury log as usual. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accident Report ( No Transcription<\/mark> Required)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If an employee is unable to work for more than 3 calendar days or in the event of death, the employer must prepare an accident report and file it. The module generates the report using the data already in the ledger. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The module keeps track of the deadlines for completing and submitting reports, not a single person relying on their memory. The person responsible for the accident receives a notification. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
