You won\u2019t be sitting at a contact list, mechanically sending one message after another all day long. You\u2019ll have the freedom to try out your own ideas, work with LinkedIn and other acquisition channels, and gradually find the approach that works best. And most importantly, you won\u2019t be doing this alone. <strong>You\u2019ll work closely with a sales representative<\/strong>, search together for interesting companies and market segments, and see how the opportunities you uncover develop further.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"1-what-will-be-your-task\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-custom-sfp-light-orange-color\">1. WHAT WILL BE YOUR TASK  <\/mark><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Seek out new B2B opportunities.<\/strong>  On LinkedIn, you&#8217;ll search for interesting companies and people with whom it makes sense to start a conversation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Develop LinkedIn outreach campaigns<\/strong>, test different ways of reaching out, and gradually figure out what works best.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Initiate the initial communication<\/strong> and determine when a lead has sales potential and when it\u2019s the right time to bring in a sales representative.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">In addition to LinkedIn, use <strong>email or the phone<\/strong> as appropriate. Being proactive is important in this role, as is the ability to recognize what actually works and generates high-quality business opportunities. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Work with the results and adjust your approach accordingly.<\/strong>  Track which segments, campaigns, and outreach methods are effective, and if something isn&#8217;t yielding results, figure out why and try a different approach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Work with the sales team to find new ways to reach customers.<\/strong>  You&#8217;ll receive feedback on what happens next with your leads, and you&#8217;ll be able to use that to further refine your approach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">We don&#8217;t expect you to come up with the perfect sales strategy on your first day. What&#8217;s important to us is that <strong>you know how to think critically, try new approaches, and gradually build a system that delivers results.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"2-who-were-looking-for\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-custom-sfp-light-orange-color\">2. WHO WE&#8217;RE LOOKING FOR<\/mark><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Do you have experience with <strong>lead generation, outbound sales, or B2B acquisition<\/strong>?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">You can work independently and don&#8217;t need to wait for specific instructions on who to contact and how to do so.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">You think about what you&#8217;re doing. WHAT WE OFFER<\/mark><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">A performance-based compensation package consisting of a fixed monthly salary and a bonus component.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">We prefer to work with <strong>contractors<\/strong>, but if you&#8217;d rather be <strong>a full-time employee, we can work something out<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Full-time employment<\/strong> and a high degree of autonomy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Initially, we expect you to work primarily <strong>from the office<\/strong> so that you can get to know the product, the customers, the sales process, and the team well.
