The problem is that it exists in several versions and no one knows which is valid &#8211; or it&#8217;s a PDF once written that no longer corresponds to reality. Then onboarding is unnecessarily prolonged, the evaluation is subjective, and friction grows as the team changes.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Typical signal: &#8220;Can you send me the latest version?&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:64px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\"><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" id=\"how-to-use-job-description-in-practice\"><strong>How to use job description in practice<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">A good job description is not just &#8220;text&#8221;.
