Unlike a regular <a href=\"https:\/\/smartfp.cz\/en\/solution\/operations-and-it\/helpdesk\/\" type=\"page\" id=\"13416\">help desk<\/a>, it does not just handle individual requests, but works with services as a whole: standard requests, incidents, escalations, priorities and often SLAs.
