Instead of solutions breaking down into emails, phone calls and messages &#8220;somewhere in chat&#8221;, a <strong>ticket<\/strong> is created: a single record with status, responsibilities, history and deadlines. This makes it clear what is being addressed, who is addressing it, and what has already taken place.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0,0,0,0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-custom-sfp-light-orange-color\">The meaning of a helpdesk<\/mark><\/em> is not to &#8220;make a form&#8221;.
